As a supporter of several nonprofits, Sanjeev believes in the power of giving and maintains a healthy work-life balance through his spirituality, yoga and meditation practices. As a language enthusiast, he enjoys learning and teaching his son Sanskrit and is a proud, devoted and loving father.

Payal Prasad is a unique Construction Project Manager with a background in Architectural studies. She has transformed herself from the Architectural industry to construction Project Management. In the process, she has found her passion working in all phases of project development from schematic designs through construction documentation and site implementation. She’s well versed in housing, commercial, mixed use and high-end retail projects. Currently Director of Project Management at SiliconSage® Builders, Payal coordinates with clients, consultants and product manufacturers to successfully lead projects from inception to completion. With a Bachelor degree in Architecture, and over a decade in the industry, Payal has forged her way into construction development where she can utilize her architectural background to her advantage in construction Project Management.

Payal sees her role as an opportunity to apply her experience and skills to promote a standard that delivers efficiency and value to all parties. She coordinates and supervises all construction related activities on all ongoing multifamily projects including budgets, status reports, construction schedules and progress. There is unequivocal pride for her to be a part of a cutting edge organization that utilizes atypical processes that produce innovative and cost effective benchmarks. Payal’s role is integral in developing an environment that is attractive to employees, contractors and investors, which result in a solid, long-term business structure.

Raghavendra Shirahatti is responsible for coordinating the activities of the various directors of the company for resource gap analysis, to improve efficiencies within a particular department and the organization as a whole, in order to ensure the company’s goals and plan are met.

He plans and develops an extensive vendor/contractor management system for an efficient use of the forecasted funds, to ensure strategic goals established are met. He is responsible for the implementation of the company’s new BIM (Building Information Modeling) 360 system.

He ensures the work performance of the IT Division, including the Manager of IT Division, meets the company’s expectations and make personnel decisions accordingly. He also ensures the work performance of the Purchasing Division, including the Director of End to End Management and Purchasing, meets the company’s expectations.

He oversees the financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency, with the purpose of identifying areas to reduce costs and to improve performance, policies, and programs.

Basavaraj Bagalkot is a forward thinker with excellent communication, analytical & organizational skills; exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation. Result-oriented professional with a total 20 years of experience with 10+ years in International Business Development.

He bagged annual award for four years in a row for achieving better results than the projections by adopting methods like customer centric approach and better cargo movement handling, in the year from 2008 – 2011. He made attainments in the reduction of overall ground loss from usual 2% of total cargo managed to about 0.9% by adopting methods like streamlining cargo movement.

He is proficiencient in leading key business initiatives & strategies to resolve business complexities across various geographies, thereby resulting in market share, sales volume & added bottom line. He effectively managed the import of secondary Forge Steel Products from Brazil and managed smaller quantum of imports of Forge Steel Products from Indonesia, Poland and Romania.
