We first do a thorough analysis of the position by meeting all members of the Executive team. This includes at least two board members, the Chairman and few members of the company’s middle management. Based on the discussions, we create a corporate and position profile that goes well beyond the hard values and attributes that are needed for the position. And this profile is our guiding force throughout the search.

 Environment Scanning

Based on the profile designed for the particular position, we begin with an exhaustive research. The focus of our research is to first identify the market segment, then the premium companies in that segment and then the individuals who have created the premium value for the company.

 Process Rigor

The process ingrained at Human Capital Dynamics ensures that primary research, candidate contact and interviewing are personally handled by the company’s Principal Consultants. The process comprises a transparent sequence of activities – exhaustive interviewing, assessment and reporting, all supported by a robust support system.

 Managing Challenges

Executive search is fraught with expected and unexpected challenges that can derail a search. These include internal reorganizations, changing job specifications, funding and other such issues. We strategize with you the approach we plan to use, and pursue the objective with high motivation and focus.
